What’s Coming To Disney In 2022

Are you thinking about planning a magical vacation to Disney World this year? Well, you are in luck. There are so many wonderful new additions happening all year long!

In case you didn’t know there were lots of changes made to the Disney Parks in 2021 – the largest being Genie Plus. Long gone are the days of picking out your Fastpass+ options when you were 60 days out from your trip. Now, you need to purchase an additional upgrade with Genie+. The reviews are mixed, but it appears if you know how to properly use it than you can have the vacation of a lifetime and be able to see everything on your Disney buckelist. The biggest ride debut of 2021 comes in the form of , Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure. Starting later this month the virutal queue is ending and you can start waiting in a stand by line for Epcot’s latest attraction. This new ride is widly popular so try to plan riding early in the day.

2021 also saw the introduction of Epcot’s newest restaraunt Space 220.  When you enter the facility you are taken into a special space elevator that ascends straight into the stars. Once you arrive you will feel like you landed directly onto the space station. You can enjoy views of Earth from 220 miles up!

Epoct and Magic Kingdom also debuted new firework spectaculars Harmonious and Disney Enchantment.

Those were the biggest changes that came to Disney Parks in 2021 and now let’s see what 2022 has in store for us.

The most exciting thing headed to Disney Park’s in 2022 is the much anticipated Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind.  After several delays this attraction is slated to open in Summer 2022. This hybrid coaster is going to be one of the most sought after experiences on property for sure.

TRON Lightcycle Run is another major attraction set to make it’s Disney Park’s debut in the Fall of 2022. A lot of information for this ride is being kept underwraps due to ongoing delays but the anticipation is mounting. It’s set to be one of the largest indoor attractions ever to be seen on Disney property.
